HOW TO REGISTER
Registration and payment takes place online only and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The registrant is responsible for inaccuracies and/or omissions made during registration. If errors to charges are found upon receipt of your registration, they will be automatically amended with the suitable charges.
The membership code for 2025 is: Member2025
If you enter a discount you are not entitled to, we will remove the discount from your account and apply a $15 administrative fee.
CONFIRMATION EmailS
Upon successful completion of an online registration you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary information to help you plan for your night at Serengeti Bush Camp.
Please ensure that the email address you provide is correct, and your email filters will accept emails from [email protected].
Booking Multiple Tents
The registration system only allows registrants to purchase one of each type of tent at maximum. (i.e. one 8-person tent and one 4-person tent). You will not be able to purchase two of the same type of tent. (i.e. two 4-person tents, or two 8-person tents). If you are looking to book multiple of the same type of tent, you will be required to have another adult register under a different account.

TORONTO ZOO MEMBER DISCOUNT
- Toronto Zoo Members receive a discount on camp fees.
- In order to qualify for a Member's discount on camps and other programs, membership must be valid on the date you complete your registration. Your membership number must be entered during the online registration process, along with a discount code, listed above the Membership field during online registration, in order to receive the Member price.
- To renew your membership, check on your membership status, or inquire about the many benefits of becoming a Toronto Zoo Member, please call the Membership Office directly at 416-392-9101.
REFUNDS, TRANSFERS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All requests for refunds, transfers, or cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected]. Submission of a request does not guarantee that your request or refund will be granted. Our refund/cancellation policies apply for all requests, including illness/medical reasons.

WAIT LISTS
Bush Camp maintains a wait list for each available date of camp that is full. Being on the wait list does NOT guarantee that a spot will become available during the summer. We will only contact you if a spot becomes available. Please contact us within 24 hours of being notified regarding space availability.
To add your name to a wait list(s) log onto your online portal and wait list any dates you would like.
If you decide that you are no longer interested in being on the wait list, please contact us at [email protected].
WAIVERS
All participants in the Serengeti Bush Camp program must complete and sign a waiver. Parents/Guardians are responsible for signing waivers on behalf of their children. Original signed waivers must accompany you to Bush Camp.
