Explorers step into the secret world of nocturnal animals with a magical Glow in the Wild lantern walk. Inside your Zoo's pavilions and Learning & Engagement Auditorium, you'll become junior field researchers — using camera traps, biofacts, and field guides to crack the code of how animals see, hear, and hunt after dark. From outdoor discovery along Zoo pathways to hands-on habitat explorations, every moment is packed with wildlife secrets and after-hours fun!
Your Overnight Adventure Includes
- Evening programming at the Toronto Zoo, outdoor activities, plus the opportunity to explore the rest of the Zoo the following day
- Bedtime snacks!
- Sleeping accommodations in the Learning & Engagement Auditorium – cots included

Asked Questions
What do I need to register?-
You need to know the date you would like to register. There will be a $200 non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking to secure your date.
What do I need to submit and when?-
Three weeks prior to your overnight:
- Email [email protected] with your final participant count (including all youth and adult attendees) and participant summary list.
Two weeks prior to your overnight:
- Final payment and waivers are to be submitted.
- Your final payment is calculated based on the final numbers you provide at the 3-week mark. Every participant (youth and adults) must submit a waiver.
Do I need to bring the waivers with me to the Zoo?-
Yes, you must bring the physical copies of the waivers with you to your overnight.
Where do I park?-
Please park in lot ‘B’, located in the main parking lot.
Late arrivals/early departures-
Due to the nature of the program, we do not allow for late arrivals or early departures. All participants are expected to be in attendance from 7:30pm-9:30am the next day.
What is the evening snack?-
We provide popcorn and hot chocolate as an evening snack. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions.
How does the breakfast voucher work?-
Each participant in attendance will receive a $10 voucher in the morning to redeem at the Tim Hortons inside Peacock Café only. Vouchers are not transferable and valid only that day.
When does the program conclude?-
Programming ends at 9:30am when you depart for breakfast. Your parking is included until 10:30am. Each participant is provided with admission to the Zoo the next day, but vehicles remaining in the parking lot past 10:30am will need to purchase a parking pass to exit.
How do I gain access to the Zoo for my day-after visit?-
Please check in with Guest Relations and provide the name your booking is under. You will be granted access to the Zoo from here. Only participants who slept over at the Zoo will receive complimentary admission. No rainchecks.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?-
All requests for refunds, transfers, and cancellations must be received in writing via email to [email protected].
Requests to transfer an overnight date are subject to availability. A $ 13.27+ HST administrative fee will be applied.
Cancellations and refunds are processed according to the schedule below:
Cancellation of entire group or decrease in participant numbers 15 days or more prior to your program date:
100% Refund (minus deposit paid)
Cancellation of entire group or decrease in participant numbers less than 15 days before your program date:
No Refunds (full amount on final invoice owed)
