To our valued Zoo Camp families,
On January 13th, 2026 during Zoo Camp registration, our third-party registration provider experienced a technical issue which resulted in a variety of challenges that you may have experienced which extended beyond our camp registration. Unfortunately, these issues occurred despite additional measures being taken this year to prevent this from occurring. We sincerely apologize for the upset this may have caused and we share your disappointment with the issues experienced during the registration process.
We are actively working through the large volume of emails and voicemails we have received, as well as reviewing each of the registrations to ensure there are no issues.
If your registration was disrupted during the process and you have emailed us regarding this, we will be following up directly and we please ask for your patience during this process. Additionally, if you wish you can sign-in and check your account as the status may have updated throughout the day as the system slowly processed registrations.
If you are missing a sibling or membership discount and have contacted us, please note that we will be processing each discount as appropriate and ask you please allow 7 to 10 business days to complete these.
For all other camp related requests, we will respond once we have worked through the initial registration related issues.

Each summer, connect with nature at Zoo Camp, a unique opportunity to explore wildlife from around the world. A variety of themes are offered unique to the Zoo setting including baby animals, careers, adaptations, and more! Adventures include indoor/outdoor activities, unique animal experiences, games, crafts, and safe, rewarding FUN!
We are an accredited member of the Ontario Camps Association, part of a unique group of camps who maintain the highest standards of safety, food services, leadership, programs, and administration.
Zoo Camp is a wild week-long animal adventure where you will

- Enjoy exclusive opportunities to meet Zoo keepers during unique animal experiences, and have close encounters with outreach animals and nature!
