Are you a high school student curious about a career in wildlife or conservation? Looking to get some hands-on experience with ecological field methods prior to starting your post-secondary education? Join us at your Toronto Zoo for our Introduction to Ecological Field Skills program. Intended for students between the ages of 14-17, we’ll introduce you to a variety of methods that researchers and wildlife professionals use in their work. Learn how to measure animal behaviour, set up camera traps, conduct ecological sampling in forests, and more, all while experiencing your Toronto Zoo's animal habitats and natural areas.
