Connect with the animals and learn all about them from the comfort and safety of your device. Just choose an animal and we will be excited to welcome you to Your Toronto Zoo!

Zoo Greetingz

Celebrate someone’s special day with a greeting from their favourite animal at the Zoo! Choose the animal from the approved list below, choose your message, then leave the rest to us. We will create a short video starring your selected animal, which you will receive as a keepsake. You can then share it with family, friends, or whoever!

ZOO GREETINGZ INCLUDE:

• a 2-3 minute long pre-recorded video of an animal at the Toronto Zoo selected by you including a customized message written by you
• A Zoo-provided link to download the video for your personal use

• Available animals include:
  • Camel
  • Giraffe
  • Greater one-horned Rhino
  • Red Panda
  • Polar bear
  • Snake (multi species)

COST:
Non-Member $39.82 + HST
Member $35.40 + HST

PLEASE NOTE:
Messages require a minimum of a seven-day advance registration and a completed message form in order to send it out. Custom animals can be requested, but we cannot guarantee they will be available. Footage of animals may not always match the current season to ensure it is the best quality of each animal.

Important Information

• You must be 18 years or older to purchase virtual programs but there are no age restrictions for guests viewing the virtual program.
• All Virtual Programs must be registered a minimum of 7 days in advance of selected program date.
• Virtual Programs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and fill up quickly. You may need to select another date and time if your preferred selection is not available.
