Customer Service
This engaging certification equips participants with the essential skills and strategies to deliver outstanding customer service in any industry. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, participants will learn how to build rapport, exceed customer expectations as well as develop effective strategies for handling complaints and resolving issues confidently.
Public Speaking and Audience Connection Certification
This interactive certification helps participants build confidence and sharpen their public speaking skills. Learn how to engage any audience through effective storytelling, body language, and vocal delivery. Participants will explore techniques for managing nerves, crafting impactful messages, and creating authentic connections with listeners. Perfect for anyone looking to elevate their communication and presentation abilities.
Sector-Partnered Experience – 4 hours
$48.50/per person plus admission
Innovation, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship (ICE) Training
This 4-hour Sector-Partnered Experience empowers students to think outside the box, solve real-world challenges and develop an entrepreneurial mindset. Through hands-on activities and collaboration, students will build critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills essential for success in any sector.
Reach Ahead Experiences

Career Panel (Sector Specific) -30 min $300
Staff from a relevant sector will talk to students about their career-related experiences at the Zoo, their background or education, and what their typical day at the Zoo might look like for them. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions to each of the three staff.
Special Meet the Keeper and Tour -60 min ($15/per person)
Zoo staff will provide a short tour through the Wildlife Viewing gallery or relevant area, and then proceed to a special meet the Keeper experience where students' will have an opportunity to meet a new animal friend, as well as ask animal care staff any questions that they might have relating to their career pathway.
Custom Speakers 20 min - $150

Human Resources Presentation – 30 min $150
Human Resources staff will provide an overview of the various jobs that exist at the Zoo, how and when to apply for positions, and things to keep in mind during an interview.
Wildlife Conservation Presentation – 45 min $150
Join us in this interactive presentation, as we review the meaning of biodiversity, its importance, and learn about careers associated with ensuring the survival of the world’s most vulnerable species and their habitats.
