Did you know? Sea ice serves as the earth's air conditioner, helping to keep our planet cool. It's also the basis of many food webs and is used by countless communities for transportation and access to food. Melting arctic sea ice impacts all of us including every animal on this planet.
Your Toronto Zoo is committed to sharing with our guests how a decline in sea ice is detrimental to global species. By working together, we can protect the sea ice that all of us rely on.
