Have you ever wondered what it takes to run a world class conservation-based zoological park?  Join us in this interactive presentation, as we review the meaning of biodiversity, its importance, and learn about careers associated with ensuring the survival of the world’s most vulnerable species and their habitats.  Attendees will learn about reproductive programs here at your Toronto Zoo and develop a deeper understanding of the science behind managing endangered wildlife populations.  Students will be challenged to reflect upon the various human activities that affect the diversity of living things and learn how they can become “Guardians of Wild” by participating in citizen science programs.
