Volunteer Information Evening

Thursday, September 8, 2016
Toronto Zoo Education Auditorium, 7:00 pm


Want to learn more about the various Volunteer programs and opportunities available to adults and students at the Zoo, join us for an information evening on Thursday, September 8, 2016. The evening includes a short overview presentation of the programs, an opportunity to ask questions and preview sample interpretive tables, as well as pick up an application form. The evening presentation held in the Education Auditorium at the Toronto Zoo begins promptly at 7:00 pm. Please RSVP to tzvolunteers@torontozoo.ca by August 26 to reserve your space. Applications for the Year-Round and Fall/Winter Panda Ambassador Volunteer programs are due Friday, September 16, 2016.

Join our diverse team of dynamic and outgoing adults educating and inspiring visitors, taking the lead at special events, and promoting wildlife conservation.
Volunter working with kids at the Zoo Summer Information Volunteers
Inspire visitors' curiosity at seasonal interpretive stations throughout the Zoo, provide information to guests, and assist at special events.
Student Volunteer Zoo Ambassador Student Volunteers
Secondary and post-secondary students are invited to enhance visitors' experiences at special events throughout the year and at our Zoo Kids camp during the summer months.
