YOUR TORONTO ZOO CLOSURE NOTICE

BEGINNING MONDAY, NOVEMBER 23, 2020

TORONTO, ON, Friday, November 20, 2020: In light of today’s announcement by the Government of Ontario your Toronto Zoo and Terra Lumina will be closed effective Monday, November 23, 2020 until further notice. Your Toronto Zoo and the Holiday Marketplace will remain open on Saturday, November 21 and Sunday, November 22, 2020 following COVID-19 safety protocols including pre-booked timed-ticketing for guests.

During this closure, Zoo staff will still be on-site to ensure the health and welfare of the 5,000 animals in our care.

Full refunds will be issued for Toronto Zoo, Holiday Marketplace and Terra Lumina ticket holders and Zoo Memberships will be extended for the duration of this closure. As this situation evolves, we will keep you updated.. The Toronto Zoo will continue to offer virtual free and paid educational programming during this time.
