Purpose: To recognize the adaptations that enable a leopard frog to live in a wetland habitat.

What You Need: pencil, chart

What You Do:

  1. This pop-up table (available here if you cannot view pop-up windows) lists a number of ways the leopard frog is adapted for living in a wetland habitat. Try to complete the chart by stating a reason (or two) for each adaptation based on the information given.


  1. How are the front and hind feet of a leopard frog different? What does this suggest?
