Connect with conservation this March Break with some of your favourite characters! Join us for daily meet-and-greets with new characters throughout the week at our Wild Connections tent in front of the Panda Interpretive Centre. Plus, find out what these characters have in common with some of the animals around the Zoo.

This is your chance to experience close encounters with some native Ontario snakes, meet a live rattlesnake with Toronto Zoo reptile experts and learn how to identify and live safely with the Massasauga rattlesnake as well as other snakes you may find in your own backyard! The workshop, led by Dr. Andrew Lentini, Curator of Reptiles and Amphibians, will also include information on the Toronto Zoo’s important partnerships and how we work together. Each participant receives a gift bag including a poster, Living With Wildlife DVD and stickers and have the opportunity to purchase the Massasauga Stewardship Guide for only $10*.

Your ticket to this event includes a light breakfast of tea, coffee, juice, croissants, muffins and fruit and a 75 minute interactive presentation featuring a variety of snakes, followed by a guided walk to our Massasauga rattlesnake Americas Exhibit. Tickets to this event are only $19 for members and $21 for non-members. Event not suitable for children 6 and under. All event proceeds will support the Massasauga Species Survival Program and school programming.
