Specially designed for our young visitors, the Kids Zoo allows your family to meet and interact with much-loved domestic animals like alpacas, goats, rabbits, and domestic ferrets. Take pictures of your kids as they burrow through a plexiglass prairie dog tunnel, climb in a turtle shell, or play in the giant spider web.

Animal Close Encounters:

Visitors should keep their eyes out this weekend for special animal encounters with our keepers throughout the Zoo.

Giant Pandas:

Visit the only pair of giant pandas in Canada, Er Shun and Da Mao, this long weekend! They spend their days eating a lot of bamboo, and both have become quite fond of the numerous enrichment items their keepers create and offer them daily to simulate the activities they would encounter in a wild habitat.
