Blue Racer Snake
Coluber constrictor foxii
- 90-152 cm; record 182.9 cm (large snake)
- grey to greenish blue
- head dark, throat white
- belly light blue
- Juvenile snakes are grey with a central row of dark grey-brown blotches on back but not on the tail. And the head is speckled with white and black.
- only found on Pelee Island
- scales smooth; anal scale divided
- lays eggs
- ENDANGERED
